• Who or what is Soul discretion?
We
are not an agency, but a group of top professional musicians &
vocalists, ready to provide you with top quality live music &
entertainment designed to suite your special occasion.
Soul discretion is run by sax player Ian Thompson & can be booked as a duo, trio or up to a 10 piece band.
Performing for Weddings, Private parties, Dinner parties, Corporate events, Summer Balls, Xmas & office parties, BBQs & a host of other events, Soul discretion can & do perform all over the UK & abroad.
• What music do you play?
A lively blend of Soul, jazz, R&B, disco & party music as well as Jazz & instrumental dinner music (if required), but we are also versatile enough to cover many other tastes in music.
Of course if you have any particular preferences or requests, we will be more than happy to incorporate them into our performance.

• How long do you play for?
As every occasion is slightly different, this will vary. Usually for weddings, we are asked to play for 2 x 1 hour sets
- but of course this may differ, depending on your individual requirements & we are therefore very flexible!
• How much do you charge?
Again this will vary depending on the event and your requirements, such as the size of band (duo - 10 piece), playing times, location etc.

• What do we get for our money?
• Quality live music and entertainment provided by top musicians and vocalists, tailored to suit your individual needs, including any special requests.
• A great sounding PA. which is perfect for most venues. (for larger events & venues we will be either happy to recommend or arrange a larger PA & Sound engineer at an additional cost).
• Disco lighting to help create the mood for dancing & partying (depending on your requirements).
• The Soul discretion Disco (by arrangement) - Soul discretion are also able to provide you with a great disco & professional lighting.
• Background CD music during dinner (by arrangement) & during band breaks.
• Most importantly - A Great time!
